Canon 6D com EOS Remote para o seu smartphone

A Canon 6D é uma camera que me está a interessar bastante. Alem de ser full frame, espero que o comportamento dela com ISOs altos seja parecido com a 5D mark III (teremos de esperar para ver quando for para o mercado). No entanto pelas características apresentadas nas descrições ela está muito parecida com a 5D markIII, se não vejamos:

Outra característica que me está a animar é sem duvida a conetividade Wi-Fi. A EOS 6D é a primeira EOS a disponibilizar ligação Wi-Fi, que posiblita o controle da 6D pelo tablet ou smartphone.

Usando a aplicação EOS Remote, o utilizador pode controlar a EOS 6D através de uma ligação sem fios, alterar as definições da câmara e os modos de disparo, ajustar o foco na tela Live View e ativar o obturador para fotografar ou filmar. Os fotógrafos podem também usar o EOS Remote para selecionar as imagens captadas pela EOS 6D, e depois visualizá-las e carrega-las nas redes sociais e noutros serviços online, encorajando-os a partilhar as suas imagens favoritas.

The EOS Remote app provides the possibility to quickly check photos in the camera using a smartphone. You can transfer and save images to your smartphone or even share them with friends or family.

EOS Remote allows connection via access points (infrastructure), but even in environments without access points, it can be used if you have just a camera and a smartphone. It can be used in places where Wi-Fi networks are scarce, such as outside cities, on coasts, in mountains, or in basement studios, and in trains or cars where signals are hard to catch.

Live View Remote

You can take photos just by checking your smartphone screen using Live View Remote function.

You can control Tv, Av, ISO, and exposure according to camera’s mode dial setting.

The various settings are displayed on the screen. You can adjust these through intuitive operation thanks to the touch panel.

You can check the focus in the smartphone screen and operate autofocus. Also, focus expansion check with smartphone.

Select focus area by tapping.
White frame: Expanded frame
Blue frame: AF frame

Expand focus frame by double tapping.

Tap the focus button with the frame where you want it.

The frame turns green.

You can remote release from smartphone. There are two shutter moods to choose from :

(b) Remote Release button
The focus button is not shown by default. You can set it to display in the Application Settings screen.
